I began writing music at age 9. In my early 20's, I learned studio recording techniques. I've been a commercial radio DJ, program director, and on-air personality.

Operations

Organization and management are what I do best. I have a background in Design, and have been able to couple that with many years of experience working with a plethora of clients and some very talented creatives. My objective is to make things happen. I love seeing the passion and excitement of a brainstorm session as random ideas start flowing freely, and then being able to run with those ideas to create a final showpiece that is both functional and visually stimulating.

In my spare time, I enjoy tinkering on and in computers, and like being challenged with new programming languages. (I'm still waiting for the one that is easy enough to hold my attention past "Hello World".) I enjoy good spicy Thai food, and I like listening to and creating music. I also enjoy tennis and swimming. I once took up triathlons for a while, but decided to get out before I ruined my lifetime goal of never running in a marathon. I currently enjoy playing chess - not because I am any good at it, but because I get a kick out of watching my kids' faces when they beat me.

Building trust and resolving conflict. Gosh, that makes me sound like a hostage negotiator, but really, it's what I do. Every client brings ideas about the marketing direction for their company. Lots of times, different members of the client team have different ideas. My specialty is to find the common theme, communicate that to our team, and deliver beyond the client's expectations, which builds trust.

At home, I'm happily married and love to spend time with my family. I speak Spanish fluently and can't get enough Mexican food.
